Alejandro Propato

Argentinian architect and sculptor Alejandro Propato designs monumental installations that are inspired by nature and interact with it in public spaces. For the Affordable Art Fair, Alejandro Propato created Fuchsia Deployment , a work specially designed for the venue, suspended from the ceiling structure of Tour&Taxis. Created using 4,500 meters of rope from an epicenter above the entrance to the fair, the work is inspired by the immensity of the building and its impressive steel structure dating from the beginning of the 20th century.

Sara Plantefève-Castryck and Wannes Cools

The 2 young Belgian artists Sara Plantefève-Castryck and Wannes Cools combine their talents to offer visitors an interactive and fun printing workshop. Participants will be invited to cut and paste their own designs to create a unique impression. Visit the website for workshop times .

ROXEHA

Belgian creative duo, ROXEHA, presents The Happy Trip, a 5m-long doodle with funky characters and asymmetrical shapes for visitors to color. Inspirations include Keith Haring, Romero Britto, Tom Wesselmann and Niki de Saint Phalle.

Late Nights: on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 February, the fair is open until 10 p.m. Some artists will be present on the stand of their gallery to create live works, present their work to visitors or even for signing sessions of their books. See the full schedule here .
